2/3 cup pineapple juice (from one can of pineapple chunks)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 breasts chicken
1 red bell pepper
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate chicken and whatever veggetables you like overnight. Skewer and grill until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice.
