¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sherry
1 tablespoon Sriracha
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 pounds pork roast
½ cucumber, sliced
1 cup sliced cabbage
Whisk together all items except for the pork. Place the pork in a crockpot. Pour the sauce overtop. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred the pork with two forks and return to the crockpot. Cook for 15 minutes more. Serve on wheat rolls with cucumber slices and cabbage.

I LOVE pulled pork and I'm loving the ingredient list too...
I'm assuming this is a little on the sweeter side? I don't use hoisin much so I might go easy on that and add a little more sriracha. Yum!

I love putting slaw and pickles on my bbq sandwiches. This looks like a new "twist" to my usual way to dress them up.
